📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of solar and wind energy projects.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely completion.
• Secure funding and partnerships with local and international stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and environmental standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with local communities and government agencies.
• Develop and implement training programs for project teams.
• Represent Green Horizon Energy Solutions at industry conferences and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, particularly in the renewable energy sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale energy projects.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian regulatory framework for renewable energy.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
