• Analyze large datasets using tools like SQL, Tableau, and Python to derive actionable insights.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve system efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement using tools like Splunk and Nagios.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in data management and analysis.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and system performance.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and drive decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, system performance monitoring, and process optimization.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with system performance monitoring tools like Splunk, Nagios, or Prometheus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor and guide a team.
