🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and operations management in the F&B industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing sales teams and operations
• Strong understanding of coffee and F&B industry trends and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with sales and operations software, such as SAP or Oracle
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
