Dishwasher / Kitchen Cleaning Service

Your daily tasks will involve cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, as well as maintaining a clean and organized dining area. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and high chairs.
• Ensure that all kitchen and dining area surfaces are free of food debris and contaminants.
• Follow and adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and dining staff to ensure that all cleaning and sanitizing tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on kitchen and dining area equipment, as needed.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of food, as required.
• Ensure that all cleaning and sanitizing supplies are stocked and replenished as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations and guidelines.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with others.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Valid food handler's certificate or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and cleaning supplies.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, as needed.
