📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Lead and mentor a team of operational professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
• Implement process improvements and best practices to streamline operations and reduce costs.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Contribute to strategic planning and help shape the future of PT Gowa Kencana Motor by identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record in driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP, and experience with operational software such as JDE or Oracle.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related process improvement methodology is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
