As an HSE Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all health, safety, and environmental aspects of our projects. You will work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and contractors to ensure that our projects are completed safely and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Provide training and guidance to site personnel on HSE best practices.
• Investigate and report on incidents and near-misses to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure HSE objectives are met.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HSE management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, or Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management in the construction industry.
• Certified HSE professional (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Proven track record of implementing and enforcing HSE policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
