📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate shipping operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Process and track orders using SAP and JDE systems.
• Maintain and update inventory records to ensure accuracy and availability of stock.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as procurement, warehouse, and customer service to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Collaborate with external partners, including carriers, suppliers, and customers, to resolve any issues and maintain strong relationships.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics and shipping coordination.
• Proficient in using SAP and JDE systems.
• Strong knowledge of logistics principles, including inventory management, transportation management, and warehouse operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian logistics industry and regulations.
