In this role, you will work closely with department heads and business leaders to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent. Additionally, you will play a key role in implementing HR policies and initiatives that align with our company's vision and values.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback.
• Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the team.
• Utilize Mandarin language skills to communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders in China.
• Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records and processing payroll.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role within the renewable energy or manufacturing sector.
• Proficient in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday is a plus.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
