As a Modern Trade Sales Supervisor, you’ll be the backbone of our retail operations in Bali, working closely with store managers and sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. You’ll leverage your deep understanding of the modern trade landscape to develop and implement strategies that enhance store performance, drive customer engagement, and boost sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance and provide coaching and support to store managers and sales teams.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and campaigns that drive sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure their success.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of modern trade sales principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Certification in sales management or retail sales is a plus.
