As a Legal Land Coordinator, you'll work closely with our legal, development, and procurement teams to navigate the complexities of land transactions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. You'll handle everything from initial site visits and due diligence to contract negotiations and legal documentation. This role is perfect for professionals with a strong background in land law, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for property development.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct thorough land due diligence, including site visits, legal research, and title verification.
- Negotiate and draft land acquisition agreements, leases, and other legal documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful land transactions.
- Monitor compliance with local and national land laws and regulations.
- Provide legal advice and support to the development team on land-related matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all land transactions and compliance activities.
- Assist in the preparation of legal reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated with changes in land laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in land law, property development, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian land laws and regulations, including the Land Law (PP No. 6 of 2020) and local government regulations.
- Proficiency in using legal software such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, or similar.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English.
