📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and convert leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person consultations.
• Consult with parents and students to understand their needs and recommend suitable courses.
• Close sales by presenting course details, tuition fees, and financial aid options.
• Use CRM systems and email marketing software to track and manage leads.
• Attend industry events and workshops to stay updated on the latest trends in IT education.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure student satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our courses and attract new students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with CRM systems and email marketing software is a plus.
