📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Gather and interpret business requirements from stakeholders to develop effective system solutions.
• Create detailed business process models and workflow diagrams using tools like Visio and Lucidchart.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that system solutions meet business needs and technical feasibility.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather insights and feedback.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive business analysis documentation, including use cases, user stories, and process maps.
• Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and digital transformation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Proficient in business analysis tools and software, including JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of business processes and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
