📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet customers in Mandarin and English, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
• Assist customers with their orders, providing information about our products and services.
• Operate cash registers and process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized bakery outlet, ensuring it meets health and safety standards.
• Stock shelves and prepare products as needed to ensure a well-stocked outlet.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with special events and promotions to enhance the customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of basic food and beverage products and services.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
