📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of testers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans.
• Plan, design, and execute test cases using industry-standard tools like TestRail and Jira.
• Mentor and guide junior testers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.
• Monitor and report on test progress, defects, and quality metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest testing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Test Lead or Senior Software Tester.
• Proven experience in leading testing initiatives and managing a team of testers.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, and JUnit.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Certifications in ISTQB or equivalent are a plus.
