In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of marketing professionals, developing and executing marketing campaigns, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities. You will also collaborate with our finance and operations teams to ensure that our marketing strategies align with our overall business objectives.

• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and finance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing marketing teams and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in cash loans and motorcycle financing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficient in using marketing software and tools, including Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
• Certification in marketing or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
