📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement nutrition plans for our food and beverage offerings, ensuring they meet health and safety standards.
• Conduct nutritional analysis of our menu items using software like NutriCalc or similar tools.
• Collaborate with chefs and food scientists to create balanced, healthy, and delicious dishes.
• Educate our customers and staff about the nutritional benefits of our offerings.
• Monitor and report on the nutritional content of our menu items, ensuring consistency and compliance with regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and research in nutrition, and incorporate relevant insights into our food and beverage operations.
• Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure our products meet high standards of health and safety.
• Provide training and support to our culinary team on nutrition-related topics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a nutrition-related role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Certification in nutrition or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using nutrition analysis software like NutriCalc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of food safety and quality assurance principles.
