📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Identify training and development needs through performance evaluations and career development discussions.,Create and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions.,Collaborate with department managers to align talent development initiatives with business goals.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.,Provide mentorship and guidance to employees to support their career growth.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent development or a similar role.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and policies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.,Proficiency in using HR management systems and software.
