R Land Development, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Site Safety Officer to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of all construction activities on our projects. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct inspections, and provide training to workers. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on workplace safety and contribute to the success of our construction projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.,Provide safety training and orientation to workers, contractors, and visitors on site.,Investigate accidents and incidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training, and incidents.,Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure that safety measures are integrated into project planning and execution.,Promote a strong safety culture within the organization and on-site.,Ensure that all safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) is properly maintained and available for use.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.,Certification as a Safety Officer or equivalent, such as the International Safety Supervisor (ISS) or the Safety, Health, and Environment Professional (SHEP).,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, as well as international safety standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify hazards and develop effective solutions.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different project sites.
