📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Promote and sell Sharia-compliant travel packages to potential pilgrims.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide comprehensive information about our packages and services.
  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the pilgrimage process.
  • Assist in the organization and coordination of pilgrimage activities.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in the travel industry and Sharia principles.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Sharia principles and Islamic travel services.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid SIM (Student Identity Card) and KTP (Identity Card).
