📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the design of user interfaces and user experiences for our digital products.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, ideate, and prototype solutions that solve real user problems.,Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on existing products.,Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across products.,Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to help them grow and develop their skills.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices, and advocate for their adoption within the team.,Present design work to stakeholders and clients, and ensure that designs are implemented accurately and effectively.,Contribute to the overall product vision and strategy, and help shape the company's design culture and values.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.,5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills and expertise.,Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.,Experience with user research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.,Strong understanding of design systems, including components, patterns, and guidelines.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and a user-centered mindset, with a focus on creating intuitive and delightful experiences.
