📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct thorough financial risk assessments for potential clients and lease agreements.,Review and analyze credit applications, financial statements, and other relevant documents to determine creditworthiness.,Approving or rejecting lease agreements based on risk assessments and internal policies.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on credit risk and lease approvals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial risk assessment and lease approvals.,Mentor and guide junior credit analysts to ensure consistent and high-quality work.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit analysis, financial risk assessment, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of credit risk management principles and practices.,Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using tools such as Excel, Bloomberg, or similar software.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with lease agreements and financial leasing processes is a plus.
