📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Create and manage BIM models for HVAC/MEP systems in accordance with industry standards and project requirements,Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure that BIM models are accurate, efficient, and compliant with project specifications,Conduct clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve conflicts between different BIM models,Develop and maintain BIM standards and guidelines for our engineering projects,Provide technical support and training to junior BIM Modellers and other team members,Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM software, tools, and industry trends to ensure that our team is equipped with the most advanced and effective technologies🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeller, with a strong background in HVAC/MEP,Proven track record of creating and managing high-quality BIM models for engineering projects,Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or Navisworks,Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations, such as IFC, BIM Collaboration Format (BCF), and Building Information Modeling Standard (BIMS),Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and other team members,Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail🛠️ Keahlian
