This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and compliance of our M&E HVAC and Cleanroom operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety management and a passion for innovation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for M&E HVAC and Cleanroom operations.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate risks.,Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and best practices.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.,Investigate and document accidents and near-miss incidents to prevent recurrence.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety into all aspects of operations.,Maintain and update safety documentation and records.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety coordination, particularly in M&E HVAC or Cleanroom environments.,Certification in safety management (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards applicable to the semiconductor industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with ISO 14001 and other relevant international standards is a plus.
