📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs for civil servants.
• Implement and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.
• Utilize data analytics tools to track the progress and outcomes of training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with provincial and national training standards and regulations.
• Provide administrative support for training events, including logistics and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the public sector.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and training management software.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Indonesian public sector policies and procedures.
