📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Lead and mentor HR staff to ensure high performance and professional development.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with company and government regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and support business goals.,Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with HRIS and other HR software.,Proven track record of successfully managing HR projects and initiatives.
