Village Port Jaya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead HR Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Lead and mentor HR staff to ensure high performance and professional development.,Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to improve HR practices.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with benefit regulations.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.
