📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.,Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.,Administer benefits and compensation packages, ensuring fairness and compliance.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Monitor labor relations and ensure a positive work environment.,Assist in strategic planning and development of HR initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, training, and employee relations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
