In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our F&B services, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining a positive guest experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of F&B services, including food and beverage preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Ensure high-quality service delivery, meeting customer expectations and maintaining a positive guest experience.,Manage and mentor a team of F&B staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate supply of food and beverages.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure that all financial transactions related to F&B services are accurate and properly recorded.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the F&B department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, as well as health and safety regulations.,Familiarity with inventory management and financial reporting.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
