📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of cashiers to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling.,Process transactions accurately and efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor cash levels and report any discrepancies to the management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a positive customer experience.,Participate in inventory management and reporting activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role.,Proven experience in leading and managing a team.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling software.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in the retail or hospitality industry is a plus.
