📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and deliver training materials, including presentations, workshops, and e-learning modules.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and gaps.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve them.,Collaborate with the HR team to align training initiatives with organizational goals.,Assist in the development and maintenance of a learning and development strategy.,Support the onboarding process for new employees by creating and delivering orientation programs.,Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and mentoring programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Understanding of HR best practices and regulations.,Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
