📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analyses to determine the skills, qualifications, and experiences required for each position.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and source top talent.,Screen and evaluate job applicants to identify the most qualified candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates, both in-person and virtually.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide input on candidate selection.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
