📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and maintenance.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to ensure cost efficiency.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Provide reports and updates on fleet performance to management.,Handle emergency situations and provide support to drivers as needed.,Plan and organize fleet maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
