📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and optimize CNC programs using industry-standard software such as Mastercam, Fanuc, or Siemens NX.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of CNC programs.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in CNC technology and implement new techniques to improve production efficiency.
• Document all CNC programs and maintain a comprehensive record of machine settings and parameters.
• Participate in quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of precision and accuracy.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure the continuity and improvement of CNC programming practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes through innovative problem-solving and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming and machine operation.
• Proficiency in using CNC programming software such as Mastercam, Fanuc, or Siemens NX.
• Familiarity with various types of CNC machines, including lathes, milling machines, and grinding machines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
