📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.,Maintain and update customer records and sales data in the company's CRM system.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product expansion.,Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and generate leads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
