📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the legal team, ensuring all legal matters are handled efficiently and in accordance with Indonesian laws.
• Manage and negotiate contracts, ensuring they are legally sound and beneficial to the company.
• Provide legal advice and support to various departments, including project management, finance, and human resources.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including environmental, labor, and property laws.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest legal developments in the property sector and provide strategic guidance to the company.
• Manage legal risks and liabilities, implementing measures to mitigate potential legal issues.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure the company's legal compliance and risk management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A degree in Law from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate legal practice, preferably in the property sector.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations, including property, environmental, and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the property market in Jakarta Raya is a plus.
