📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the sales process by providing information about our accommodations and services.
  • Handle guest inquiries and reservations, ensuring a seamless booking experience.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest concerns and needs promptly.
  • Assist in the management of the sales counter, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Promote our properties and services to potential guests through various channels.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in the hospitality sector.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with sales software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and workloads.
