📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management of retail operations, including store setup, merchandising, and inventory control.,Support the Area Manager in implementing sales strategies and promotional activities.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Area Manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of store cleanliness and organization.,Assist in training and developing junior staff members.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
