Sehati Yoga Tea is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. This is an urgent opportunity for someone who is passionate about building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a keen understanding of the tea industry. This role is based in Sidoarjo and offers a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.,Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.,Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote our products.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the tea or beverage industry.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and tea industry is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
