CV Optima Sentosa is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate and timely financial records. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited accounting experience to gain practical skills and grow within a dynamic company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process and verify invoices, receipts, and other financial documents to ensure accuracy.,Maintain and update financial records and databases.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Support the accountant in reconciling bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.,Participate in audits and internal reviews to ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial filings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) is a plus.
